Warattada career span has encompassed 20 years in the marketing, directing marketing and CRM area. For the last 17 years her skill and expertise lies in assisting corporation with the setting up of call center (inbound and outbound), fulfillment system and database for list rental and list management with service provider.

During this period, she had also set up and managed two direct marketing companies (service provider of list management, call center, fulfillment and list rental. She also worked at Leo Burnett and was empowered to set up Direct Marketing Division, both developing and implementing direct marketing communication campaign.

Warrattada's consultancy services are well sort after by major corporation. Her specialty lies in consulting and designing marketing database for various companies. Majority of her independent consultancy services includes increasing productivity of contact center and fulfillment unit, requirement management on marketing database and contact centers, including multimedia contact centers.

Her client list includes Manager Media Group, Coca-Cola, Regent Hotel, Diner Club, PTT, Thailand Elite Card of Thailand Privilege Card, Thai International Airways, Bank of Ayudhya, GEC, TA Orange, Thai Life Insurance, Mead Johnson Nutritional, Thai Farmers Bank, Telephone Organization of Thailand, National Housing Authority of Thailand, JB Communications, TV Direct, Siam Studio, Pizza Hut Call, Shell (Thailand), Loxley Wireless and many others.

She was one of co-founder of Thai Direct Marketing Association. Besides being a regular lecturer at several universities and corporation in Thailand, she is also a regularly speaker on CRM & DM issues in Thailand and various ASEAN countries.

In 2007 and 2009, Meow has published two books in Thai language.  Her first book touches on “changing your thoughts and changing your life” named as เปลี่ยนความคิด ชีวิตเปลี่ยน.  Her second book which only completed in early 2009 touches on “Equation of Happiness” named as ไขสมการความสุข ตอน อกหักฟังทางนี้. The two books are on sale in major bookstores in Thailand.  Her next book in the pipeline will be written in English soon.

Warattada obtained her Bachelor of Arts, Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University and MBA in Direct Marketing at University of Missouri, Kansas City Missouri, USA.
